Beginning January 2026, Good Vibes Sound Bath is led by Kelly Garcia and Matt McLeroy, who serve as the active operating team guiding the business forward.

Together, they oversee strategy, operations, partnerships, and experience design, with a shared commitment to maintaining the integrity of the original offering while expanding the brand thoughtfully through new collaborations, private events, and community-focused wellness experiences.

Founders 

Good Vibes Sound Bath was founded by Lauren Del Sarto and Michelle Steadman, whose vision and creativity shaped the foundation of the experience.

Lauren Del Sarto brought decades of experience in marketing, media, and wellness leadership, including her work as founder of Desert Health.

Michelle Steadman is a creative entrepreneur with a background spanning food, wellness, hospitality, and brand storytelling.
