Lauren Del Sarto, Co-founder

​

Lauren's 30-year career in marketing and project management gave her the polished skills for her two current ventures, Desert Health (14 years) and Good Vibes Sound Bath (TM) (2003).

​

She graduated with a major in mass communication and a minor in journalism from James Madison University in Virginia. Upon graduating, she headed to New York City for an internal communication job in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department at Morgan Stanley.  From there she moved to the San Francisco Bay Area where she produced nationally-acclaimed events as the Associated Producer of Events West before becoming a Marketing Manager with Dorthy Hamill's Ice Capades. She was the first integrated Marketing Manager in Bay Area radio and founded and ran an advertising agency, LTD Marketing & Sponsorship, for 10 years.

After moving to the Desert in 2008 to focus on her own health, she became a leader in the local health and wellness community after launching Desert Health. She has also served as a Clinton Health Matters pledge maker, Advisory Board member for the Coachella Valley Volunteers in Medicine and board member for Women Leaders Forum (WLF) where she received the Trailblazer Award at WLF's Women Who Rule event.

Michelle Steadman, Co-founder

Michelle is a creative entrepreneurial leader in the food, beverage and wellness spaces.  Her two current ventures are Good Vibes Sound Bath (TM) (2023) and as a thriving social media manager.

​

Her past ventures include founder and manufacturer of TRUElicious Raw Superfood bar, distributed to over 350 stores including Whole Foods Pacific Region; founder of Salads in a Jar voted "Best of the Valley" for our healthy and eco-conscious delivery service, and founder of "Art"Cuterie, where food and art collide as a charcuterie board stylist. Michelle also formerly held lead positions in the fitness and hospitality industries locally.
